The images below document a language lab renovation completed in 2005–2006. This traditional 40-seat lab supported a wide range of activities, providing language students with opportunities for immersion and practice. It also served as a laboratory for pre-service language teachers to explore curriculum design, teacher development, and proficiency assessment. Today, academic language centers should also serve as dynamic hubs for collaboration, research, innovation, engagement, culture, and community building.
