In August 2024, I completed the Post-Professional Educational Leadership Certificate Program at William & Mary’s School of Education. The program offered advanced training in key areas such as public school law, finance, administration, facilities management, instructional leadership, special education, and teacher evaluation.
A highlight of the program was a comprehensive residency experience, during which I gained hands-on leadership exposure in elementary, middle, and high school settings, as well as at the district and state levels.
I plan to take the administrative licensure exam in summer 2025 to obtain state endorsement in K–12 administration and leadership.
Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion
Cornell University (2021)
In 2021, I earned a Professional Development Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion through Cornell University’s eCornell program. Developed by faculty from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, the program offered an interactive and collaborative learning experience led by an engaging instructor who fostered strong connections with participants.
The three-month curriculum was organized around four key modules:

Each module combined video lectures, readings, discussions, and facilitator-led sessions to create a dynamic, reflective environment.
Through this program, I gained practical skills in promoting psychological safety, addressing bias and microaggressions, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. It reinforced my commitment to building respectful, inclusive, and equitable organizational cultures.
