My teaching philosophy statement evolved as I underwent the PGMT courses and clinical field experiences. Eventually, the need to express my views in multiple statements became apparent. Developing a teaching philosophy is an essential part of exploring the teaching profession. The PGMT program taught me to view ideology development as an opportunity to grow as a teacher and instructional leader.

A successful teaching career necessitates continued growth, development, and lifelong learning. I saw how my improvement correlated with the amount of effort and enthusiasm I brought to the classroom and my collegial relationships. I learned that every student matters and every day brings new ideas and opportunities for improving teaching and learning.
